HFMA’s 2018 Annual Conference included three cohort tracks that focused on major issues facing healthcare leaders today: Reducing Total Cost of Care, Creating a Consumer-Centric Healthcare Delivery System, and Business Intelligence and Analytics.
Each track consisted of six sessions that tackled the issue from all angles. In addition to a presentation from industry thought leaders, sessions included discussions among audience members and Q&A with the presenters to help translate the concepts into actionable steps.
