HFMA Comment Letter: Second Draft of Sustainable Growth Rate Repeal & Reform Proposal

In a letter to the chairs of the House of Representatives’ Ways and Means and Energy and Commerce Committees and their respective subcommittees on health, HFMA provided comments on a draft proposal for legislation to replace the Sustainable Growth Rate (SGR), a formula designed to restrain the growth of Medicare spending on physician services.
