Former North Dakota Chapter leader Engeseth joins HFMA Chapters team

Brianna Engeseth, of Moorhead, Minnesota, is HFMA’s new chapter relations programs administrator. She was previously a provider relations partner at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota in Fargo, North Dakota, where she spent 9 ½ years with the company.

Starting in the project management office, Engeseth moved to the provider relations team where she spent eight years of her career as a network engagement business partner. She also served as a liaison to healthcare organizations throughout North Dakota and was a key contact regarding new initiatives, contracts and other issues.

In addition to her job responsibilities, Engeseth has been a volunteer with HFMA since 2014, serving in various board and leadership roles for the North Dakota Chapter. She most recently acted as regional executive 3 for Region 8, but as she transitions to her new job, she is handing over the reins to North Dakota Chapter member Cindy Fischer.

In her spare time, Engeseth loves to spend time with her two cats, Chai and Coco, and with her friends and family, especially when that time coincides with traveling or working out.

Taneja accepts VP role at Loyola University Medical Center

Manmeet S. (Mani) Taneja, CPA, CHFP, was named vice president of finance, academic, at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, Illinois. Taneja, who has worked as a healthcare financial professional for 17 years, previously served as director of finance at the University of Chicago Medicine.

Moser named interim CFO at Swedish Health Services

Stan Moser recently accepted the role of interim CFO at Swedish Health Services in Seattle. Moser has been filling in as interim CFO and working in consulting at various-sized facilities since leaving Community Medical Center of Missoula in Missoula, Montana, in January 2015.
