HFMA’s Western Region Symposium (WRS) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the organization of its annual three-day event, slated to take place in January in the vibrant city of Las Vegas, NV. WRS is a premier gathering that unites healthcare providers and their business partners from 14 western states for unparalleled education and networking opportunities. With approximately 1,000 participants expected to attend, the symposium promises to be an extraordinary platform for collaboration and innovation in the healthcare industry. Event management companies are invited to bid for the opportunity to collaborate with Regions 10 and 11 over a five-year period to orchestrate this dynamic event, ensuring its seamless execution and unforgettable experience for all attendees.

The Annual Western Region Symposium is a multi-day event that brings together regions 10 and 11 and is the second largest HFMA in-person event in the country.

Virtual Monthly Lunch-and-Learns provide quick, complementary educational opportunities for teams and individuals.

In-person Chapter Events are hosted by each of our seven chapters (check out the chapter pages for specific dates and locations).

The Annual Virtual Rural Health Summit brings educational topics that impact rural health to leaders and teams during this one-day virtual event.

Certification Programs are hosted and designed to enhance your skills and knowledge.
