HFMA recognizes 2,075 members who earned certifications in Q3 2024
HFMA now offers 11 certifications for members to validate their expertise and demonstrate their commitment to the profession, including the two recently launched certifications highlighted in bold in the list below.
The HFMA certifications are as follows:
- Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP)
- Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR)
- Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) – GCC
- Certified Specialist Accounting and Finance (CSAF)
- Certified Specialist Business Intelligence (CSBI)
- Certified Specialist Physician Practice Management (CSPPM)
- Certified Specialist Payment and Reimbursement (CSPR)
- Executive of Healthcare Revenue Cycle (EHRC)
- Certified Hospital Cost Report Specialist (CHCRS)
- Certified Specialist Ambulatory Practice Management (CSAPM)
- Fellow of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (FHFMA), which supersedes CHFP

HFMA Digital Credentials: Those members completing an HFMA certification program will earn a digital badge from HFMA (badges are managed by Credly, HFMA’s badging vendor).
