President’s Welcome
A warm welcome to all healthcare finance leaders and professionals across our amazing state. I am honored and excited to lead our chapter in 2024-2025 as your President. Our collective commitment to advancing the industry, improving patient care, and ensuring financial stability remains unwavering.
We are a small, but mighty chapter, with dedicated members who strive to make us successful. In the year ahead, we will continue to focus on membership and network growth as we represent financial professionals across hospitals, provider practices, business partners and payers.
We are thankful to our dedicated business partners and their continued support of Wyoming HFMA. Their generosity allows us to offer exceptional educational and networking opportunities at our annual conferences.
We are excited to announce we will be collaborating with the Montana chapter in a joint Fall conference in Billings, MT in October. This event will be full of excellent speakers, provider education and amazing networking events. Our Spring conference will be in Casper, WY in March of 2024. We hope you are all able to attend both conferences and we will be sending out details soon.
I want to thank Darcy Robertson for her guidance and leadership over the last two years, and all our Past Presidents who remain committed to the success of the Wyoming chapter.

HFMA’s Western Region Symposium (WRS) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the organization of its annual three-day event, slated to take place in January in the vibrant city of Las Vegas, NV. WRS is a premier gathering that unites healthcare providers and their business partners from 14 western states for unparalleled education and networking opportunities. With approximately 1,000 participants expected to attend, the symposium promises to be an extraordinary platform for collaboration and innovation in the healthcare industry. Event management companies are invited to bid for the opportunity to collaborate with Regions 10 and 11 over a five-year period to orchestrate this dynamic event, ensuring its seamless execution and unforgettable experience for all attendees.
