Located in Fergus Falls, Minnesota, this is an exceptional opportunity for an accomplished CFO to join a top rural independent healthcare system that has been deeply rooted in its community for more than 100 years. With annual operating revenue at approximately $171 million, over 120 medical staff and over 1,100 employees, Lake Region Healthcare brings specialty and sub-specialty services to patients at hospital locations in Fergus Falls and Elbow Lake and at 10 clinics in Fergus Falls, Ashby, Barnesville, Battle Lake, Evansville, Herman, Hoffman, and Morris, MN.
Position Description:
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned financial executive with strong business acumen, a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and proven success in financial leadership roles for a multifaceted organization. Skills in revenue cycle optimization, the ability to craft an inspiring vision and demonstrated capabilities in implementing strategies to maximize financial and operational success will be critical. This leader must serve as both a business partner and a skilled communicator when engaging with senior leaders regarding strategic opportunity and should evaluate partnerships and innovative business models to sustain long-term financial health and independence.
