Hello HFMA Southern California Chapter Members and Sponsors,
As we mark the conclusion of the 2023-2024 HFMA Southern California Chapter Year, I am humbled and honored to continue serving as your chapter President for the upcoming 2024-2025 term. The past year has been a testament to the dedication and passion of our members and leaders, and I extend my sincerest gratitude to our outgoing leaders, Debby Chanen, Sarah Christensen, Stan Augustine, and Linda Roney, for their exceptional service and commitment to our chapter’s mission.
I would also like to express our heartfelt appreciation to our esteemed sponsors, Progressive Management Systems, Xsolis, Revology, Novus Health Systems, Withum, and Xtend Healthcare. Their steadfast support has been instrumental in sustaining our chapter and facilitating our activities and programs. Their contributions directly impact our ability to keep registration costs accessible to all members, ensuring inclusivity and engagement within our community.
Please welcome newly elected leaders to our Executive Team and Board of Directors Nic Beas, Eugina Tillman, Tania Hogan, Angie Wilson, John Pace, Andre Webster, and Jeff Logan. Together, we remain committed to delivering quality programs and activities that will provide value to our members. Our resolute volunteers consistently deliver quality education and networking opportunities, and I encourage each of you to participate in our upcoming events throughout the year.

HFMA’s Western Region Symposium (WRS) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the organization of its annual three-day event, slated to take place in January in the vibrant city of Las Vegas, NV. WRS is a premier gathering that unites healthcare providers and their business partners from 14 western states for unparalleled education and networking opportunities. With approximately 1,000 participants expected to attend, the symposium promises to be an extraordinary platform for collaboration and innovation in the healthcare industry. Event management companies are invited to bid for the opportunity to collaborate with Regions 10 and 11 over a five-year period to orchestrate this dynamic event, ensuring its seamless execution and unforgettable experience for all attendees.
